Next Crossfit Salem Challenge: 6-week strength challenge

Kickoff Meeting: Sept. 11th 2010 at the box, come ready to lift!
Cost: $20 per person
Program: We will measure our strength via three lifts. Press, Squat, Deadlift. We will strength train through varied WOD's over the course of 6 weeks + special classes geared toward increasing your 1, 3, and 5 rep max lifts. The strength program participants will have slightly strength-biased WOD's during this 6 week program. In the end we will measure our gains and have a big BBQ party (using the money collected).
Gear: It is recommended that you get some lifting shoes and/or flat heal shoes such as 5-fingers or converse.
