Welcome to this special day of demonstrations, contests, raffles, food, and excellent free crossfit workouts. Exercise Equipment Northwest is a great place to purchase exercise gear and will be available to answer your questions about the right equipment for your goals.
Join us for a workout as well, times are 10:00 and 11:00 for group Crossfit training. Crossfit Salem provides the trainers and instruction on proper techniques the Crossfit way of life.
Family friendly, all ages welcome, bring anyone interested in fitness and new training options. This is an excellent chance to pick up some new exercise equipment and learn how to use it all at the same time!
