2010 Schedule
If you are new to Crossfit training please feel free to call or simply drop in to any of these classes, staff and trainers are very friendly and we can show you the facility and get you started on your free week membership at any time!
We all typically do the same "WOD" or workout every day. The workout is scaled to one of three intensity levels A, B, or C depending on your fitness level. Using these techniques and knowledgeable trainers we customize your training to challenge you without going overboard. You will not challenge yourself in the same way, that is one reason Crossfit works so well.
Costs
Packages include:
- Unlimited Crossfit Classes
- "Z Fit", two Crossfit one Zumba per week (or reverse)
- Limited Crossfit (2 days per week)
- Crossfit Promo (discount for students, military, firefighters, 55+, etc)
- Zumba Punchcard = 10 passes
- Crossfit/Zumba Drop in
Costs for Crossfit vary depending on your situation. Typically we run a little more than normal globo gyms and a lot less than personal training. Contact us for a free week trial and at that time we will discuss payment options. We do not post prices here because many times people do not understand what they get for the money, we are not a typical gym... here results are a sure thing!
