Fees

Costs

Our monthly plans range from two days of training per week to unlimited days of training. Our policy is that to start at CFS you pay two months up front and roll to automated monthly payments after that. No fees. No forced contracts. Just pay for the training you need.

As compared to traditional gyms where you pay for “access to machines” this is a nice middle ground between that at personal training.

West Salem:

    • Unlimited CrossFit Classes – $99/month (intro special, no discounts)
    • Add a dependent (spouse included) = add only $50 a month to any package.

South Salem:

    • Unlimited CrossFit Classes – $145/month
    • 3 days of training per week – $125/month
    • 2 days of training per week – $110/month
    • CrossFit Punch card = 5 pass is $75, 20 pass is $275
    • CrossFit Drop In = $20/class
    • 1 on 1 Personal Training available @ $50/hr. (6 session minimum)
    • CFS Kids = $50 per month (per kid) for non-members, $40 per month for CFS members. Or use a punchcard.

Discounts:

    • $15 off per month for Active Military, Police, Fire, Corrections, Students, 1 year commit. (South only)
    • Add a dependent (spouse included) = add only $50 a month to any package.
    • One discount only, no stacking.

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
