Mobility

~ Mobility Classes at CFS ~

At CFS we also offer mobility classes and have two CrossFit certified mobility trainers. Being mobile means you can move without restriction and can achieve full range positions in your exercise. Its not enough just to identify these mobility restrictions, we can help you overcome them with our mobility classes. Improve your mobility, reduce chance of injury, excel at fitness and health!

Costs: Included in membership (or use a punch card or $20 drop in). This does count as one day if your membership has limited training days per week.

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
