Basics

Our introduction program is a continuously running basic movement class (aka “CrossFit Basics” aka “On Ramp”). This class allows clients to continue as long as necessary in a great learning environment where the focus is on correct movement patterns before load or intensity is applied. Don’t worry, if you have never done anything like this we can help you get started! You will learn the proper mechanics of simple movements to increase your body position awareness and retrain old habits to start your journey towards increased functional capacity… this is fancy talk for “you’ll learn to move better and then move faster with more weights”!

Learning basic movements!

Info – South Location:

     When: Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30p. Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7:00a

     Babysitting: Yes, this is available (South only 4:30 – 6:30p)

     Cost: $110/month (just like our regular classes). Two months required up front, no fees~!

     Content: We will focus on the basic movements and getting your technique perfected before any intensity is applied.

Info – West Location:

     When: Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30p

     Babysitting: None, older kids can hang out in the lobby

     Cost: $99/month (just like our regular classes). Two months required up front, no fees~!

     Content: We will focus on the basic movements and getting your technique perfected before any intensity is applied.

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
