Warm Up: 30 Kip swings, 30 Wall Ball Shots, Row 500m

WOD 1: “Isabel” 30 reps for time: Snatch (135/95)

WOD 2: 3 rounds for time: (Max 20:00)

 

  • 5 Rope Climbs

 

  • 15 Back Squats (195/115)

 

 

Scaling Groups: A: 3 climbs, B: 4 climbs (scale weight as needed)

  • Run 200m (with plate 45/25)
  • 12 Burpees (jump on plate)
  • 24 Sit Ups (with plate)
  • Handstand Walk 40′ (10 mats)

Notes: Sub bear crawl 80′ for HS Walk if needed

WOD 1: “Isabel” 30 Snatch for time (135/95)

WOD 2: Complete for time (in any order/sequence/divisions):

  • 2,000m run
  • 80 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 300 Squats

Max time = 20:00. A: 1,600m Run, 200 Squats. B: 2,000m Run, 250 Squats. C: Rx

$$: Max consecutive push ups

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
