CrossFit Salem is proud to offer an exceptional training staff.  Our passion for fitness has no limits, we pool knowledge from many areas to create a diverse and comprehensive training environment.

Our training philosophy is “lead by example”, this means we will strive together to stay healthy and promote improved fitness as a collective team. For us training is not a job… it is an opportunity to get Salem healthy and share the power of CrossFit! You will experience our quest for perfection in every class, we will correct your movement patterns and get you doing things you thought impossible. With encouragement, a supportive environment, and a high level of fitness knowledge we have the tools to improve your fitness!

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
