Buy In: 3:00 of continuous plank and hollow rock alternating every 30 seconds


Strength WOD: Pick one lift or more (obviously your weakest)

  • Press 3-3-2-2-1-1
  • Back Squat 3-3-2-2-1-1
  • Deadlift 3-3-2-2-1-1

Note: experienced CrossFitter can do thier “CrossFit Total” and max all three lifts.



  • Max Wall Ball Shots (stop every minute and do 5 burpees)

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
