Workout of the Day: Saturday 3-24-2012

Free WOD 1 (9a/10a): AMRAP 20:00, team of two:

  • Run 2 x 200m (alternating, so 2 each)
  • 20 Burpees (total between the two people)
  • 40 Squats (total between the two people)

Free WOD 2 (9a/10a): Complete for time: (10:00 max)

  • 75 Sit Ups
  • 100 Lunges

11:00 WOD: 12.5 redo

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
