Workout of the Day: Thursday 7-26-2012

WOD 1: “Isabel” 30 snatch for time (135/95)

WOD 2: Four rounds for time: (max 25:00)

  • Run 200m (with plate 45/25)
  • 12 Burpees (jump on plate)
  • 24 Sit Ups (with plate)
  • Handstand Walk 40′ (10 mats)

Notes: Sub bear crawl 80′ for HS Walk if needed

Scaling Groups: A: 2 rounds, B: 3 rounds, C: Rx

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
