WOD: AMRAP 15:00
* 5 TTB
* 6 Ring Dips
* 12 Sit Ups
* 24 Single Unders
* Rest 30 sec.
1. Push Press 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2 (record range)
2. Complete 4 rounds for time:
* Farmers carry, 2 kettlebells or dumbbells 100m (35/18)
* 10 Pull Ups (CTB = Rx)
* 20 Box Jumps (24/20”)
Join the regular WOD, 60% effort max.

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
