Workout of the Day: Tuesday 8-21-2012

Strength WOD: Complete 15 sets of the following sequence for weight: (Max 20:00)

  • 2 Deadlifts
  • 2 Power Cleans
  • 2 Hang Squat Cleans

Notes: Each set should be unbroken with the same weight. Record weights used.

 

METCON: 3 Rounds for time: (Max 15:00)

  • 40 Push Ups
  • 30 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 20 Toes To Bar

Scaling Groups: A: 20,20,20 B: 30,25,20 C: Rx E: 30″/24″ Box, 10 x one handed toes to ring

WOD Guidelines (workout of the day)

Wear athletic shoes and apparel. Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the other participants, start stretching (as best you know how). There is a basic warm up written on the white board... just start doing that and class will start at about 5 after.
